London School of Management Education

Selection Criteria

EntryWe accept qualifications from all international backgrounds and will assess each student individually for the programmes we offer. Each student is treated personally and individually throughout the application process. As a general rule we look to match international qualifications with their current UK equivalent.

Students should provide all transcripts detailing their academic background. Where there have been gaps in education the College also requires a CV showing any work experience achieved. This information will assist the admissions officers in finding the right fit of course for you.

Assessment and Screening of Students

LSME as a quality training provider is only interested in offering courses to students that meet the selection criteria of our Awarding Bodies. Accordingly, we have a strict selection and screening process (see graphic overleaf) and appropriate “admission letters” are provided in line with the appropriate immigration guidelines (particularly the new points-based system rules). A system is maintained of all applicants and records kept of all correspondence.

Admission staff spend up to two days selecting/screening students and this process includes an assessment for the course itself as well as English and communication skills. The criteria for each course are published on our website and in our prospectus.
